For the past several years we have been blending our outdoor decorations with holiday music. The decorations and display items are syncronized to the music and broadcasted over the FM band channel 97.7. Visitors can listen to the songs and watch the display from the comforts of their warm cars, without having to stand out in the cold. Our intent is to keep the traditional spirit by construction all items in the show. None of the display items are store bought.
The show runs from 5:00pm to 10:00pm every day from the day after Thanksgiving to between January 3 and January 8th.
When the show is not running, holiday music is broadcasted 24 hours a day on our Christmas in Hawthorn radio channel 97.7 FM. NOTE: The show does not operate on rainy days as the electronics do not cooperate when they are wet and the electric feed lines are sitting in water.
